FINALLY WATCHING 'HELVETICA'
Don’t judge. When it came out, I didn’t watch it, falling under the assumption it would be shown in a class. It never was. Diego had Helvetica and Objectified on his computer so we made a trade — Iron & Wine albums for the two movies.
I plan to tackle Objectified later this weekend, hopefully.
I will admit, the movie falls into a lull at times, but it’s fantastic to hear...

Oh, but on another note, through my very thorough research of Toronto’s Architecture, I’ve learned Vancouver-born architect Raymond Moriyama designed Sudbury’s Science North. :) Yep! And he also did the Ontario Science Centre, the Bata Shoe Musuem, Vari Hall (at York) and the Canadian War Musuem.
Sudbury got themselves a winner when they got him to do Science North....

Oh it’s going to be an Apple week. The company reported a 3.38 billion dollar prophet for Q1 of 2010 (their Q1 ended January 1st… don’t ask). iPhone sales have gone up 50% in one year and computers sales have risen 33%. Great. But that’s not the story here. The story is that iPod sales have dropped 8%. It’s true, the iPod’s days are numbered.
